Happy Friday! I’m a little late on my link list today, but better late than never, right? How was your week? I’m so thankful to be finally feeling better, I cannot even tell you. This week was great, all things considered.
On to the links!
Gentle ways to care for yourself when you’re busy, busy, busy — perfect for the holidays! Loved this list!
Funniest thing I read all week: The Haters Guide to the William’s-Sonoma Catalogue.
Coconut hot chocolate…in your crockpot. YEP. Doin’ it.
10 ways 90′s kids made it through elementary school. This is my childhood, in one article.
Anne Lamott’s secret little prayer. Amazing.
Thoughts on having a simple Christmas. YES!
Little Women as a salve for difficult times. One of the most heartwarming things I’ve read this week.
Real talk about emergencies from my girl Joy The Baker. I need to get an emergency kit, quick.
Anne Lamott and Cheryl Strayed in one room. Cannot deal.
Peppermint patty brownies. I’m so into these!

What are you doing this weekend? I’m planning on being mellow. I need some down time. I’m going to see my parents tomorrow and then we’re headed out for a Thanksgiving trip, so I’ll be packing and prepping.
Have a great weekend!

Fun list! The haters guide to WS is hilarious!!! Nice site too :)
“Do they brew artisanal meth?”
I’m dying. Thank you for sharing that.
I loved the post from Joy on the emergency preparedness kit. I now have a complete Amazon list of things to keep me and my family prepared just in case. Also, I once ran into a man who was having a seizure on the street. I plan on buying a couple of these things and taking them with me places just in case.
Everytime someone blogs a list like this, I usually find 1 or 2 things that I want to read, just based on the title. BUT, whenever YOU post a list like this, I want to read ALL THE THINGS. Basically what I’m saying is, please never stop doing these posts :)
The William’s-Sonoma catalogue thing KILLED ME. “I want my twine to say something about ME.” Best. Thank you.
