Ooooh, man. This juice got aΒ little crazy. 22 year old Amy would be devastated to know that I just referred to combining a bunch of fruits and veggies into a juice as “crazy” but since I’m horrified by most of her decisions, we’ll call it even.
I love juice. I love it so much it’s unreal. But if we’re being honest, I’ve been in a juice rut for a long time. I stick to my usual green lemonadeΒ but for this juice, I decided to get a little creative and mix a ton of stuff together.

It went well. This juice was sweet and refreshing and tangy. Also full of good things. I felt amazing after I drank it. Even Andrew, a hesitant consumer of juice, declared this as awesome.

Orange, apple, lemon, lime and kiwi meet kale, spinach and a cucumber. The result is green but not grassy.
I also think it looks super pretty fresh from the juicer:

When you pour it over ice and add a cute straw, it’s even better. I felt invincible after drinking it. Recommend.

- Two apples (I prefer honeycrisp)
- Two oranges
- Two carrots
- One kiwi
- One cucumber
- One lemon
- One lime
- Half bunch kale
- Three cups spinach
- Cut fruit into pieces that will fit into the juicer, removing peel from lemon, lime and oranges, and peeling the kiwi. Run all ingredients through the juicer. Serve over ice.

That is pretty much my everyday juice, except my apples are green. :) I’ll also substitute chard in for one of the greens if I’m out of something (but never kale because kale is my jam and there needs to be an endless supply of it in my fridge always).
I think it’s time for me to buy a juicer. Do you recommend the one you have?
I just borrow a juicer from a friend and am going to try it out! Thanks for the recipe!
I loooove juice. Mostly green juice.. I really need to buy a juicer so I can test out some of my own creations!
